JL's Move In Essentials
Everyone hates moving. Follow our guides below for a smooth transition to your new pad.
The following items MUST be completed prior to move-in:
Signed Lease Agreement with All Tenants signatures.
First month's rent paid in full.
Security Deposit paid in full.
Cleaning fee paid in full.
Pet Fee pain in full (if applicable).
Transfer utilities into your name 2 weeks prior to move-in to ensure service will be ready upon arrival. Record confirmation numbers provided by utility company and complete our Utility Confirmation Form.
Schedule your Move In Day/Time
You are able to move in as early as 12:00 pm on your Move In Date. If at least one of your roommates are moving in on the scheduled Move In Day they will receive all keys to the property. It is up to you to work with them on picking up keys and getting access to the house. Only contact Ehnry if everyone in your unit is choosing not to move in on your Move In Day.
It's Move In day! Now what?
Your property will be ready for move in anytime after 12:00 pm on your Move In Date. You will be contacted no later than the morning of on where to find keys at noon. When you arrive you should inspect the property using the inventory checklist to note the condition of the interior and exterior of the property. Completing the checklist ensures you will not be charged for damages you did not cause. The inventory checklist MUST be submitted within 7-days.
